| I bought this as a baby shower gift for a friend whose boy baby name is Brock. I wasn't thinking too much of it from what I saw, but when I got it I was pleasantly surprised. It is a great rhyming tale of two twins, and how one saves while the other spends. Really cute! I especially liked how the last two pages give a comparison of how money compounds and gives advice to kids on how to save. As a parent and a teacher, I highly recommend this book to share with children to teach monetary values! |

| How this book came to me: I requested an advance reading copy of this book from the Amazon Vine program for the purpose of writing a review. I selected it because I have liked previous books by this author. In fact, Andrew Clements was my older son's favorite author the year he was ten years old, and I though the book would be a good fit for our family.

| This was a fun, light read. I honestly believe that the book would be better suited for a young adult reader despite the fact that there is a pretty light romantic scene. Still a good book and just right for summer reading. |

| My daughter loves Candy Apple Books! My only problem is that most of the main characters have a crush on a boy, even when it's not really necessary to the storyline. But they are all very innocent and sweet and yet deal with real problems of girls this age. I'd recommend them for girls 9-13. |

| I bought this series for my 10 year old daughter and she loves the series. She has read all four book at least 4 times this summer. It does have a different take on vampires, but since the author is targeting pre-teens I think it is appropriate to make the vampires less violent and evil than you read in some vampire novels. My daughter is looking forward to more books being released by Siena Mercer. |
