| My 2 yr. old checked this book out from the library today. Luckily I read ahead and am great at changing the words into a believable text for the books we read.
When we got to two moms and two dads, I had to change the wording because that is against our beliefs. We believe families are a mom a dad and children, or a hope for children. I am glad that Amazon gives a wording review so that you can see what you are buying. |

| It's not my favorite book but I have often used it with my son (as both a three and four year old) to discuss different things - especially adoption. I think it's a handy book to have but I don't think it's the best book for addressing differences with children. |

| We are huge Todd Parr fans. This book is one of our very favorites. I especially appreciate the message that no feelings are bad,and that there are so many ways to express them!

| I bought this book for my daughter when she was about a year old. We read it every night and she loves this book, she knows it by heart. She is now 2 1/2, the pages are ripped and taped yet we still read this book at bedtime. I want her to have peace in her life and be able to bring peace to others. This is truly a wonderful book. This was my first Todd Parr book and now I am looking for more. He is amazing. |

| My son gave this book to his grandpa for Father's Day. We cut out faces from photos of grandpa and his grandchildren and then taped them over some of the illustrated faces. It was a great way to personalize the book and it was a huge hit with everyone, especially the grandkids. They want Grandpa to read it to them all the time. Can't wait to do one for Grandma. |
