| I had bought the other Biggest Loser cookbook but the problem with those recipes was it was for about one person at a time. This one is different in that it can feed more than one person--a family--and you get low cal, delicious recipes. The meals seem very nutritious and by eating this, a person would probably lose the weight--but you can't snack too much! | Wow!! So far I've made at least 10 dishes from this cookbook and I am really impressed!! The ingredients are usually very easy to find and for the most part each recipe only requires a few ingredients. The recipes are mostly made for 1-4 servings which is convenient if you are single or if you are just cooking healthy for yourself and not for your whole family. | This book is difficult to search for the foods items and it seems to list only the foods that a person should be eating on a healthy diet. So if you use a food journal and you cheat or indulge a food craving, it's complicate to track the carbs, fats, proteins, etc, using this book. My doctor advised that recording what you eat helps with weight loss and it does seem to help, but I'm going to search for another calorie counter book to aid me. |
