even though I'm a seasoned user of photoshop I still refer back to this book every once in awhile to refresh my memory an excellent book for anyone to learn about photoshop |

| This book spends more time showing how the programs are integrated and similar than on improving your skills. No scripting or advanced skills are shown. I was unable to look up any advanced skills in the index or TOC. I was specifically interested in learning Flash CS3 Professional and Dreamweaver CS3 in depth. The author's message was we do not go into this subject on several advanced techniques.
Not much help to me. |

| I'm really let down by the book in 2 regards:
1. The print is so small it ridiculous. 2. The contrast of the print to the page color is terrible. There is decent content in the book but the print is on less than newspaper quality paper. It is extremely hard to read. Although the content is OK, I'd look elsewhere for an easier reading experience (thus better understanding of the subject). |

| This is a very good book. There's a lot of useful information specially for beginners. The book explains all the basics of color management. It gives you a good understanding on what's going on your image file from the moment you take a picture up to the printing of your final images. It's really focused on Adobe Photoshop Elements 5.0.
