| My son who is two had no interest in this book and he loves all types of books from Dr Seuss to the Byron Barton vehicle series. This book was too wordy and slow moving. I also thought it was confusing that the character in the book is a "hare" which is a tough word for a toddler that is already figuring out why sometimes they're called rabbits and other times bunnies! Anyway, we'll save this one for later. |

| I read this to my daughter when she was little & now at 13 she's just become a big sister & insisted her little brother have this book, too. Very sweet book & it really is timeless. |

| Although this book is very cute and doesn't go overboard recording every move the baby makes, it leaves out important info. There's no place to record gifts/baby showers or visitors to the hospital or home after the baby is born. One reason I rushed to get a book was so I could start recording the baby gifts we're receiving but this book was no help.

| Being a big fan of Guess How Much I Love You, I had to get this book the minute it was published. It absolutely did not disappoint.
None of my children are picture book age any more. The youngest is nine years old, the oldest is 27, but they all love this book too. It transcends age. For my family, it is particularly apropos, as only three of our kids still live at home, and we call ourselves "Team Bear". So a story about three little bears wanting to know who is best, well, it fits us. Read More: |

| With a board book you expect it to be for younger children. This is a nice story, just not for toddlers. It's not done in rhyme and my son is easily bored. I read it once and filed it away on the bookshelf. Maybe he'll enjoy it more when he's older. |

| The watercolors are very nice and gentle, doesn't exactly capture the eye of the very young toddler, more for a little older crowd, very cute story! |

| I truly have nothing against preachy books. But I can imagine this book being held
in front of a classroom by the teacher with a little lesson afterwards. It's not quite as great for just reading at home for the story before bedtime. The illustrations are great fun. |

| If you plan to create a little library of books for your sweet little one, this is one of the books you should have. I heard about this book from another mom who read this to her children just about everynight. The CD that accompanied this book is especially darling. It does variations of the story with songs and interaction, however, it can get too repetitive for the parents having to listen to the background music (and the song itself!).
