| This cd is a miracle. I have a four year old and a six year old who have a very difficult time falling asleep and allowing themselves to relax. It is a struggle every night. If I didn't see this for myself, I would have never believed it. Within ten minutes, both of my children were fast asleep. Lori's voice is very relaxing and I can't wait to order another cd. |

| My son enjoys listening to this cd at night. If he wakes up after a nightmare we turn it back on in the middle of the night so he can relax and fall back asleep. I would reccommend this product to anybody with a small child that has trouble relaxing at night and falling asleep quickly. I have noticed a big difference in the amount of time it takes for him to fall asleep. |

| I bought this tape because I was told by my doctor that I needed to learn how to relax. I have a back problem that gets severe at times and the relaxation methods on this CD are just great. I told my doctor about it and how it has helped me and he took the name of the CD and said he would recommend it to his other patients that were also having problems with relaxing. The affirmations also helped me like myself again. I am so glad I got this CD. |

| I know from actual teens that this is an amazing relaxation process! It's very peaceful and understanding. It's very good for teens dealing with anxiety, anger or just everyday stress! It really prepares you for everyday situations by teaching you breathing exercises and affirmations so you know what to do next time you feel stressed or anxious! A real winner! |

| I bought this book based upon my 7 year old son having a lot of anxiety issues with school related issues. I read this book to him the first night, and I have not been able to put it down since. EVERY night around bedtime he asks me to read him his relaxation book. He goes through the motions of closing his eyes, and really trying to relax. After about 1 week of reading it to him, he can start relaxing on his own. |

| I bought this book for my five year old son, who has anxiety disorder. He was having difficulty sleeping at night, due to anxiety about the next days' events (school, soccer, etc). We read this book together each night and he says he can feel himself relaxing, "just like the caterpillar in the book, mom!" He's sleeping really well most nights and his teacher says he uses the deep breathing techniques at school when things seem overwhelming for him.

| My children ages 5,7 and 9 love all 3 of these CDs.The narrator of Indigo Dreams has a voice that can lull them to sleep even on the most difficult nights. They love the Ocean CD with the seachild/mermaid character and can really relate to the angry octopus. They now remind each other to take a deep breath like the octopus when they are losing their tempers. It is quite funny.
