| I bought this book for my daughter and she loves it. It has a lot of good information for her and helpful tips about how to handle a variety of situations that young girls encounter upon entering middle school. It is written well and has great illustrations. A must have for young girls. |

| I agree with the other positive reviews. I just wanted to add that I used this book with a preschool storytime, and I followed it up with a sort of reader's theater. Each child was assigned one of the animals in the book. I took a walk around the room and said, "I went walking." The children all replied, "What did you see?" I held up a card with a picture of the animal on it. They say, "I saw a _____ (black cat, etc.) looking at me!" and then the children assigned that animal got up and followed me on my ... | I chose this book to give Ringo a final chance. His first ones were great, and I've read a few others that I liked, but was sickened by the right wing racism in some of his later stuff. Because this was part of the Posleen series I thought we might get less of the political ranting, and this is true. The main problem is that this book is boring. | This book is sooooo cool.It has tips om how to paint your nails,keep from biteing your nails, great ways to have great healthy skin and how to take care of your skin.I loved this book. There are lots more things then i told you about. I'm 12 and i still use this book. It is filled with quizes,tips,and other things. Even girls that like sport will enjoy this book, it has lots of idea you could use for sports events. |
