| I purchased this book for my granddaughter, and almost couldn't give it to her because I wanted to keep it for myself! It has the traditional Eloise stories, which are great, but the real jewel here is the back section of the book. In this section you'll find photos of many of the Eloise products through the years, and a lovely history of the little girl and how she grew to be America's most precocious, most lovable six year old.

| While this is not quite the best collection of Mrs. Piggle-Wiggle adventures, it certainly is worthy to have around! Here, the characters--both kids, adults, and even Mrs. Piggle-Wiggle--are surprisingly three-dimensional and tons of fun. | My son was very disturbed about where the parents were. She wanted to know if the parents were mean and why they didn't love their own daughter. Yikes. I had never read Eloise before, but had heard it was cute. I guess it had its moments, but I do feel sorry for Eloise. |

| This is a wonderful book with delightful illustrations. My three year old loves the Eloise character. The stories are unique, but, as written, are a little hard to follow. I would reccomend the book as a wonderful keepsake and reminder of "Eloise." |

| It was one of my favorite books as a child and was one of my daughters favorites, as well. We loved reading it together. It is always tops on my list of books to give a baby girl for Christmas. |
