| I have earlier acquired and used one of Giada De Laurentiis' cookbooks, "Everyday Pasta," which was jammed with good pasta recipes. None that I ever tried turned out to be a dud. So, I took a look at another of her books, "Giada's Kitchen." Again, this is a fine resource.

| There are SO MANY PHOTOS of the author in this supposed cookbook it's laughable. And a little scary. And they are all cleavage shots. There are often as many as THREE photos of Giada splashed across just 2 pages {so that you are forced to see three shots of her just to look at one recipe...}. And there are full-page photos of her as well ! I was so sick of looking at Giada's cleavage and her face I ended up tearing the recipes I wanted out of the book, and throwing the "photo album" part of it away. ... Read More: |

| I bought this book about a year ago, and have browsed through it and used it so much that the book is literally falling apart. Giada's Italian recipes are by far the best of any Italian cookbook I've ever had. Most are fairly practical, and almost all are delicious. I highly recommend "Everyday Pasta" and any other Giada cookbook.
I'm going to buy a new copy before my old book is completely worn out. |
