| Barney and Baby Bop go to the grocery store (which is actually a Tom Thumb location in Dallas) and talk about stuff to buy. My only problem is that this is supposedly two friends chatting in the store, but their "conversation" is in a stilted, forced verse. Why the author felt it had to be rhyme like this, is beyond me. She should leave the poetry to Dr. Seuss and just let the two guys have fun in the store. I'd choose another book in the "Go To" ... Read More: |
