| My grandson is totally in love with Miss Spider Books. He carries them around with him all the time. When his dad tells him to get a book to read at bedtime (or anytime) he ALWAYS gets one of his Miss Spider Books. He loves this one even more because the three book come in a case with a handle so it's easier for him to carry them around, where they slide and fall out of his little hands. |

| This is a cute rhyming book about Little Miss Spider, her mother (Bettie Beetle), and her friend Asparagus Beetle. The story is essentially one about how much more important people are than things. It is heartwarming and Holiday appropriate.

| "Bedtime Story" is another "Miss Spider's Sunny Patch Friends" book adaptation and it's another sweet one. In this one, Miss Spider and Holleys' little buglets are having trouble getting to bed on time. Miss Spider and Holley create a wishing web and if the kids can get to the top, then they get to participate in "Compost Day" --- a day of fun activities. The kids, though, find that while they can get to bed on time, their parents are staying up late. So Miss spider and Holley are added to the wishing web.

| This book is beautiful and inventive as everyone says, but ours is missing the letter "g." How does that happen? The facing pages have earthworms entertaining fireflies as they fandango, then on to hummingbirds hiding inside irises. Where's the g? If we got a bad book, how does that work? All of the other letters are there. It seems like there'd be another missing letter to balance things out. Nope. Just "g." |
