I really like this product. It helps with weight loss and keeps excess fat out of your system. Its easy to take and the side effects are not nearly as bad as they make them sound. I think that was over done. I would continue to use this product so I can lose weight, and if I slip up and do eat something fatty, the pill will remedy that. It makes me feel like I'm keeping my arteries nice and "fat free". I've reccomended this to many friends, and they always ask about the side effects. So I have to tell them, if you eat less fat then there are really no side effects.

I like this product, I have not had any of the "terrible" side effects people talk about getting from using the product. I do watch what I eat though not much fat. It helped me lose weight and I went down 1 pants size. I am maintaining now.

Rating: - Like the product... Shipping was horrible
I like the product. I do think it helps even though I do not suffer from any treatment effects. My complaint is not with the Alli but with Amazon. When I ordered this product it was in stock. Thirteen days later I still have not gotten the product even though it is still showing in stock. I signed up for the auto delivery but because I cannot count on the product being here on time I will probably discontinue that service.
