This is the best knife I have ever used in my life! The reviews were excellent on this knife. Looking to buy a complete set!!

My wife and I have tried all those County Fair, expensive Chef Cooking, high end Kitchen Outlet, "Miracle" knives, all to no advantage to anyone other than the Manufacturers and Salespeople. But this knive - is the one, lightweight, fits well in either hand, "SHARP", and it keeps it's edge. Not adviseable for cutting through bone,or frozen meats, foods, but all else - go for it, it actually does it's job so well it gives you the feeling that you want to cut more, and again be careful - it's sharp - watch those fingers!

For the price these knives are great. After 2 weeks of ownership I have had trouble cutting through tomatoes already. I'm not overly impressed but maybe after I sharpen them they will be even sharper. I do recommend them.

This knife is extremely sharp out of the box and well balanced. It has the proper weight in hand to cut through even tougher foods. And the price is much lower than its competitors, for pretty much the same quality.
