Received my knife a few weeks ago. I love how it fits my hand and how it cuts. My only reservation is that it now has a couple of stains on the blade that won't clean off. I will be buying more of their knives.

Good knives are hard to find, but this one gets the job done! I am very happy with it! It is smooth and easy to hold. This will most likely be given to family for gifts too!

After receiving a pricier Cuisinart set, where the knives weren't that sharp out of the box, one knife chipped, and some knives developed rust spots, we returned them. After reading reviews I decided to buy a couple of Forschner knives and they are excellent. They are super sharp, well balanced, and a great value! I would recommend these knives to anyone!

I read a review in Cooks Illustrated and purchased this knife. I have to say its my favorite knife. I love it. I am going to purchase two more for Christmas presents to some good cooks that I know. Its a great size, easy to hold, keeps sharp for a long time. A good steel brings back the edge.
