I've spent years "phoning it in" (a Jillian-ism) at the gym and these workouts are more intense but vastly more productive. This is not your typical workout video. With most workout videos a relatively "fit" but inactive person (I don't rock climb for fun) will find them generating a small sweat but producing next to zero results.
