 Rating:  - Would have been nice, big design flawI got this at a steal $15 at Big Lots! I really liked it the first time I used it. But there is a reason it is cheap, the small bolt which operates the vice is only half as thick as it appears in one section. The second time I used it it snapped off! If all 150 pounds of me can break this thing the second time I used it, i'm pretty sure it will fail at some point for everyone. Rating:  - Great ProductThis STANLEY angle vise is very sturdy and well built. I like the fact that it is portable and can be mounted anywhere. This is a NEW product put out by the STANLEY tool company, and is "hard to find at local retailers" Rating: - Darned good mini viseThis is a solid and well-constructed and well-designed mini-vise. Very impressive, Stanley! Very useful for work on smallish items. I even like the color! Rating:  - Wood carvers dreamAs a wood carver, the Stanly multiposition vise is equal to Panavise or any other vise that cost much more. The multiple position of the head and the no-mar vise jaws, are a marvel for simple carving or sculpting. Rating:  - Lightweight viseFor the price I didnt expect a heavy duty product - and I was right. This vise is ok for light duty work, but if you have a rusty nut that requires some strong pushing and pulling this isnt the vice for you. |
