This is for you.I had a little trouble with the software at first but after playing around with it I found you need to put the usb into the keychain and then open the software. This keychain is worth the 75 points I like that it has a slideshow option too. I wish that it had a cover though, I like putting my keychains on my purse or all on one ring and I'm afraid that it will get messed up. It is with her where ever she goes its stapped on her purse and it is loaded with pictures of our puppy so when he can't be with us to show of to people she can show them pictures of him. I called their customer service department and was told I was out of warranty and could get a replacement for a fee. I guess I should have been more careful in my investigation of the company and the reliability of their products. I wrote to them to tell them I was getting an error message that the drive needed to be formatted. I was told that I didn't need to format the drive. I wrote back and said, I'm not stupid, I'm just telling you what the error message is that I get. I was given the phone number to call.
