It magnifies by 200 times so it is quite interesting to look at some things like gold, diamonds, hair, skin, small bugs, fabric. Some things are quite gross like looking at your carpet will make you want to break out the sweeper. This is the first day that we used it but I think my kids will really use it a lot.
