 Rating:  - Tom Tom ONEThe suction pad the GPS come with tend to fall down when fixed to the windshield. Other than that I'm fine with it , the screen is wide enough to dial easily with the fingers. Rating: - does what it needs to doHad this GPS for about a month, and it works just fine. At one time it gave me a wrong direction; told me to go left when i was suppose to go right. But it is worth having especially if youre in the military. Rating:  - stopped working the 3rd time I use it.It stopped working the 3rd time I use it. That's on 26th of Dec. 2008. And till today I still cannot connect to the tech support service yet, no matter how long I waited on the phone. Can I return this item? Rating: - Tom Tom is better than On Star...We have a new vehicle with on star and when we needed it, when the PA trunpike was shut down, their directions sent us right back on the turnpike, even though I spoke to a real person and advised them of the problem....Tom Tom give alternate route choices....and it does not tell you that you have left your appointed path when you go through a tunnel. Rating: - Works wonderfully! I shopped around quite a bit before settling on this gps. I've found it to be 1) easy to use 2) well-designed and 3) fun to work with.
