I use it to make my own chocolate protein shakes. I add Stevia and water, soy milk, ice and plain protein powder for lower calorie, great tasting energy drink. I know the wonderful antioxidant affects of chocolate can be lost when sugar is added to it. 2 tablespoons a day is recommended antioxidant dose.
