Did every thing by the instructions, shut off the trimmer every time the string broke so the string would feed out but it would not,had to hand feed every time.and that was the majority of the time.String was always breaking off, even on low grass.I'll have to put up with it since it is paid for, but I will use my trusty black and decker cordless for heavier work.
