I called Comcast and they did diagnostics several times over the phone and came out to my house and found no issues with any of the wiring. If this a replacement for another modem you need to contact your cable company to synch the device. It also required resetting the wirless router which required calling the wireless router provider and if you are using VOIP it requires resetting the phone adapter to synch with the modem and router. Needless to say it was not a painless experience. Outside of that the modem works great. |
