But our campaign tactics are not our greatest strength. That said, our campaigning is better than anything Russia had to work with. So a few American experts in modern American campaigning went to Russia to help get Yeltsin reelected. We can argue all day as to whether or not he was a fine Russian president, but compared to another communist, he was the best we all could get. Rating: - Some decent actingI found this film to be very funny and well acted. The plot was sharp and even a foreigner like me could follow it. It wasn't as hilarious as "Wag the dog", though! However, the fact that this one really happened gave it an extra edge. Rating:  - brilliantThe movie is funny, frightening, sharp, entertaining, with a fantastic cast.
