I carry alot of weight in my pack and I also use them in my running shoes. The support they provide is unparalleled. I get through a long day and my feet feel like new! They've improved the way I walk immensely in the month that I've had them, and I'm in the latter half of marathon training. They hold up well, but they are not designed for wide feet. I'm a 2E-4E, and they don't take up the whole width of the shoe in the toe-box area. It isn't too bad, but is noticeable if I move my big toe the right way. Rating: - The SuperFeet insoles are the ones to haveI was looking for a good product, since a lot of better shoes don't have enough arch support, and decided to try these, based on the reviews. The reviews were right, they work great. You can easily cut them to size for specific shoes. After using them for a while, try going back to without, and it will feel like you're walking on concrete. |
