 Rating:  - Very cute bookI love Sandra Boynton. I love the illustrated characters, the simple rhymes and so, evidently, do children. The Going to Bed Bed Book looked perfect for my toddler at bed time, so I couldn't resist picking it up recently at a local bookstore. The board-book format means less destruction, so if you can just keep 'em from chewing it, the book should last a long time. Strangely, my daughter (22 months at the time of this review) doesn't really like animals, and so after a short spike she lost interest in this book and doesn't want to read it anymore. It is sad, because it was one of the first books that she virtually memorized and could supply the next word of the story.
