| Five stars for the product, no stars at all for BT's customer support.
The product is great - I've owned a cheaper baby monitor and it wasn't worth having because of interference. This one has all the features you need and you don't have to listen to buzzing all evening! But... the one I bought was faulty - the mute feature wouldn't turn off (intermittently) so the baby yelled and we heard nothing. | We bought this for our 2 and a half years old girl when i was in hospital having our 2nd child. Her wee brother gave it to her as a gift to say "hello". She couldn't of been any happier. She is a Fifi fan-but i wouldn't say Fifi was her favourite (she prefers Dora) but still she pays with this cottage EVERY day. The characters are fantastic!! It features all the characters from the programme- Fifi, Bumble, Violet, etc. Her imagination has certainly progressed since getting this from her wee brother!! ... Read More: |

| We have had an egg for a couple of years now. Our daughters bedroom is subject to extreme temp changes and we needed to be able to see what the temperature was in the dark. The egg seemed to be the perfect solution, and it has been. It has a lovely glow as a night light, and it has always been accurate enough to warn us when we need to open her windows (summer time!) or put extra blankets over her (sometimes her room becomes so cold that we have to put the heating on in the middle of the night!).

| i got this for 9.99 on sale, and yes its big and plasticky but it works fine. i don't know what people expect to get for this price really....
in my house it does get a bit of buzzy interferance but its so sensitive i can almost always hear baby breathing and you can have it turned down in front of you and watch the lights for action. i would happily get another one for my parents house. don't know how the other person managed to have a faulty charger as i doesn't have a charger, just a mains ... | My daughter is 9 months and has had the giraffe for about a month. She stands up using it no problem and immediately stops crying and turns to it if I start playing with it and she is upset. We had no problems at all and all her cousins (1yr to 4yrs) love playing with it too. |

| Great fun. My son is 9 months and loves the bugs. We make towers we play with them individually and he loves banging them together in the car. They are brighly coloured and the legs and wings are tough rubber and my little boy also loves chewing them. |

| I don't often review things on Amazon - but quite frankly, the woman (I am assuming) who invented the Jumperoo deserves a Nobel Prize. I don't know what we'd have done without ours - and our son has never giggled so much as when in his Jumperoo. |

| This is my sons favourite toy - it is brilliant and can be taken everywhere because it doesn't make a noise. It keeps babies entertained for hours. The tank has liquid inside it and is great fun, each fish has a different texture and they are really bright and interesting. Children will spend ages taking the fish out and putting them back. Simple, but it works. I bought it for my son when he was four months and he is still playing with it at 9 months. |
