| Shaun the Sheep - Saturday Night Shaun is one of those rare things that can be enjoyed by everyone. It makes me laugh out loud, and I've enjoyed watching it as a family with my nieces (aged 8 and 6) and my parents (in their 70s!). Wonderfully observed characters, good story-lines. We watched each short more than once, and everyone had a particular favourite, so it's good value because you want to go back to it again and again. |

| How can anyone find this movie funny? Maybe it is OK if you are a big fan of Wallace and Gromit, but if you are used to American movies such as Over the Hedge, it is dull, dull, dull. Nowhere near as good as Over the Hedge or Madagascar.
Everything starts with everyone in the town looking forward to a vegetable competiton, but that all changes when a few rabbits are on the loose, and Wallace is the Were-Rabbit (quite scary for youngsters) believe it or not. The veg competiton then turns ... Read More: |

| The chickens are tired of life on the farm, and fed up with being eaten when they get too old to produce eggs. They hatch various plans to escape , but none succeed. | The sheer skill involved in making these films along with amazing scripts and fabulous humour makes for entertainment that myself and my kids thoroughly enjoy. Any time it goes on I feel myself drawn to it. It is ageless and I can't recommend it highly enough. |

| I haven't actually bought this yet but I love these films! My favourite is the classic "The Wrong Trousers" with the hilariously evil penguin causing havoc. I also love "A Grand Day Out" though - just the thought of the space alien's holiday snaps (skiiing with a woolly scarf flying behind him) make me chortle. The animation is fantastic through all these films, with just the right mix of pathos and humour. I also love the Northern setting and the visual puns are wonderful. This DVD is made up of 13 episodes that has a mixture of old classic Morph clips segued with new ones. It works OK in that sense, but as The Amazing Adventures of Morph existed without this footage I wonder if it was strictly necessary. (Trying to reach a new young generation?) This does not have any of Tony Hart's original narration either which is also a shame for those who remember it with fondness like I do.
