| Wall-e is a beautiful, magical film with a magnitude of messages for contemporary society. Disney is the one aspect of my childhood that has never lost its touch. This film shows just how fantastic the relationship between Disney and Pixar really is. Wall-e is an adorably selfless character and it is difficult not to become so emotionally attached.

| I found the whole thing incredibly boring. I appreciate it is not necessary the best book in the series but this screen adaptation was dreadful. Ben Barnes's acting was as wooden as one of the many trees without mentioning the accent. Very disappointing after The Lion, The Witch and The Wardrobe. Treat the kids to The Spiderwick Chronicles instead if you want some decent fantasy on DVD this Christmas. |

| I have been trying to remember the first time I saw Walt Disney's "Sleeping Beauty," and I cannot remember if I ever saw it in a theater, caught it on television some time, or never sat down to watch it until it came out on videotape. What I did remember is not being particularly impressed by the movie. | Disney films have pretty much gone downhill since the "Hunchback of Notre Dame" animated movie. In that film, the heroine kicks men in the groin to make her escape and the comedy relief is provided by a stone gargoyle that relieves itself by passing gas.
In this film, we have a live dog urinating on the leg of a prince and a chipmunk that defecates when frightened. Is this what passes for family entertainment these days? |

| This film has to be one of if not THE best Disney film there is. The story is great, the voices perfect, the songs brilliant! My favourite song from Aladdin is probably Friend Like Me but that's because I love Genie. However, all the songs are great in this film, there's none that you roll your eyes to because Disney have that great way of including a lovely slowie into a film but still having the humour there (like with A Whole New World).

This time, however, Pixar Studio has rendered a true cinematic animation masterpiece, one which should be recognized as memorable as the great Walt Disney films of the 1930s and 1940s.
