As an expatriot Briton living in the US I am constantly baffled by DVD manufacturers' insistence on producing kids TV titles in region 2 format (so that they can only be viewed on region 2 DVD players). Sadly this is the case with such classic children's TV shows as Shaun the Sheep, The Clangers, Mr. Benn, Ivor the Engine and The Wombles, and it makes it hard or virtually impossible to see these ...
