| Despite the access to better special effects in episodes I-III these films lack the interest of the older episodes. I would still recommend that you watch these films, just to know what everyone is moaning about ;-)
Episode III is particularly dissappointing as the conversion of Anakin to the dark side was utterly unconvincing, even allowing for the normal "suspension of disbelief" watching sci-fi films! |

| I have to admit this definitely isnt my favourite pratchett book.The adaptation how ever seems to have improved it... definitely a first! I'd definitely recommend it to any pratchet fan! |

| For me,Johnny Depp makes this film.The storyline is absolute nonsense and borders on comedy.Not unlike,Hound of the Baskervilles.However,Depp carries you thro' with superb acting.I would neither encourage nor put anybody off seeing this film. |

| I grew up watching the original film so I expected not to like this version as much but I actually prefer it.
It's a lot darker than the original film and I found it very amusing. I wasn't so impressed with all the added parts about Willy Wonka's father but apart from that it was all good. I think it's one of those films that's just as good for adults as it is for children. And of course it has Johnny Depp in it, which is a great bonus! |

| Rincewind the wizard was never my favorite Terry Pratchett character, but I have to say they did a fine job turning this book into a three-hour film. (Or two TV episodes, whatever.) It had a good cast, including Jeremy Irons and the toothsome newcomer Laura Haddock, who did a fine job in the role as octogenarian Cohen The Barbarian's fair maiden.
